All my service is done at this dealership...always. Oil change, service check up, tire rotation, you name it's done there. Left my car at 7:30 AM called Al at 1:15 since I had not heard from him and he to change, service check up, tire rotation, you name it's done there. Left my car at 7:30 AM called Al at 1:15 since I had not heard from him and he told me no one had touched my car yet and he would call me later. i arrive at 3:15 (never got a call from Al) and my car completed the oil change but still needed to be seen for whatever else I had going on. If i had "waited" my car more than likely would have been done in 2 hours yet it took from 7:30-4:30. The one good thing was that the Manager let me use a coupon that I had left at home as long as I called home to get the "code." Also, when i had a question about the service Kevin came out calmly and explained it to me in full detail. I left leaving the dealership with this thought, "Note to self...next time ask for Jeff or kevin." More

I rate this dealership as great for many reasons than I can type. They helped me and my fiance get out of 3 vehicles that have been causing us nothing but troubles one of which we were upside down on about can type. We both got into brand new 2011 honda civics and are no longer upside down! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car!
