The very first thing my wife stated before we even started talking to Chad about a purchase was that we DIDN'T want a run around with him running back and forth to the manager to check on a price! Right, that went well...after his third return from the sales manager and $200.00 off our offer we told Chad, "Thanks for your time, I'm sorry we couldn't do business with you" and walked out of the dealership to leave. As we were backing our vehicle out (Honda Pilot) Chad and a sales manager-I think (He didn't identify himself) stopped us in the parking lot to tell us that the sales manager felt sorry and agreed with the price. Felt Sorry, or did they realize that $200.00 wasn't enough to loose a $21,000.00 sale on? After a few words passed between the four of us...we walked in and signed the papers and drove the car out the same day! Other than that...we had a nice experience! Would I recommend a friend, maybe? I really appreciated the new (to me) car evaluation sheet which makes it easy to know what my current service needs were and also what my future service needs will be. No pressure was put on me to get buy this or that service. Suggestions were made with options given. The decision to purchase each service was my own decision. Joe took time to explain the effects of delaying each service option until a later date or getting some work done then and the remainder at a later date. I could not have asked for better treatment at any place of business. More

Tim (financial adviser) and Gary Johnson (salesman) were extremely helpful during my visit. Gary was very professional and respectful. I personally do not like most salesman because they are too aggressiv extremely helpful during my visit. Gary was very professional and respectful. We went for service on Sun, Aug 15. The appointment was around 10 am. I don't remember the name of the service person. The service person went back on his word about the payment amount, when the time came around 10 am. I don't remember the name of the service person. He mentioned over the phone earlier that I would be getting specifically $93 off on my bill, based on a 15% off coupon on the total service charge. Later when the time came for payment, the cashier said the 15% can only be applied on one item in the bill. I got in touch with the service person again and he claimed he never mentioned any specific figures over the phone. Utter lack of integrity and lack of customer service values. The cashier was extremely rude. She rushed through everything and was very impolite. Seemed like she was in a hurry to close the shop and leave for the day. We definitely feel like we did not get the value for our money. Overall, a very frustrating experience. Would never go there. More
