Teffific experience - set up 45,000 mile service appointment online Sunday night - went to dealership Monday morning - service rep recognized me/my car , greeting me by name - walked around car an appointment online Sunday night - went to dealership Monday morning - service rep recognized me/my car , greeting me by name - walked around car and noticed my safety inspection had expired and offered to have it done (I had not noticed the expiration month) - waited in custsomer lounge (a bit small and cramped) while service was performed (worked on my laptop at computer work station).
