The Honda team did a good job trying to find the electrical issue with my Honda Odyssey. It turns out that it is a wiring issue not covered by my warranty and would cost over $800 to repair. They did replace my battery to see if that would resolve my electrical issues. Sadly, it did not resolve the issues with my screens, backup camera, speakers, and stereo. So, I'm annoyed that nothing can be done for a reasonable cost. This IS NOT a NEGATIVE RATING on the Team, but I am annoyed that dealership was going to charge me a lot of a issue that still cannot be diagnosed. More

The two men that came and picked up my car were polite. I went here for service and they recommended unnecessary work. Brake fluid flush is recommended at 30000 miles my car didn't have 14000 yet. My tire had a bad leak from a nail, they didn't even check just put a little air in it and then cleared the warning. Not even a heads up. Very sales oriented. So in that sense they're doing a great job, if you want honesty go elsewhere. I am glad I didn't buy my car at Joyce Koons, I did look and they didn't have what I wanted I told them so, and he continued to push a car that I told him I didn't want with no offer to locate what I wanted. I went to Hendrick and got a great deal, from a nice sales lady. It is a bit further, but worth it. More
I arrived unscheduled needing an inspection for my Honda CRV. I was on my way to Warrenton to visit family when every warning light and alarm started going off in my car. That same thing happened a week earlier and I had brought it to my local dealer to have it looke warning light and alarm started going off in my car. That same thing happened a week earlier and I had brought it to my local dealer to have it looked at. The only thing my local dealer could tell me was that it MAY be a drive train issue. When it happened a week later, 4 hours away from my local dealer, I was freaking out. My local dealer suggested I find someone in NOVA to take a look at it. Joyce Koons came highly recommended. After my visit there....I understand why! From my initial phone call, where the polite woman on the other end of the line offered to come pick up my vehicle and drop off a rental AT NO CHARGE to me while they tried to figure out what was wrong, to my service advisor, Jessie Bussard, I truly felt like I was an appreciated customer and actually important to their dealership. This after explaining to them that I was just waiting for my NEW car to come in at my local dealer. They didn't care that they would not be getting a sale, they cared about my safety!!! While they were trying to figure out what their technicians thought might be wrong with my vehicle, they kept me informed the entire way via text messages (which is what I selected as my preferred method of contact). I literally told all of my sister's friend that I met that weekend and then the folks at my local dealership, that I never felt so appreciated and safe by a Honda dealership. If I lived in NOVA, I would continue to do business with Joyce Koons Honda. They truly care not only about the reputation of the vehicles they sell, but also about the people who do any sort of business with them. I have NEVER been so impressed with customer service at a dealership in my life (and I have had everything from a Lexus to a Ford.) Trust me when I say this is a 5 star dealership in every sense of the word. Keep up the great work!!! More
