I was on my way to Warrenton to visit family when every warning light and alarm started going off in my car. That same thing happened a week earlier and I had brought it to my local dealer to have it looke warning light and alarm started going off in my car. That same thing happened a week earlier and I had brought it to my local dealer to have it looked at. The only thing my local dealer could tell me was that it MAY be a drive train issue. When it happened a week later, 4 hours away from my local dealer, I was freaking out. My local dealer suggested I find someone in NOVA to take a look at it. Joyce Koons came highly recommended. After my visit there....I understand why! From my initial phone call, where the polite woman on the other end of the line offered to come pick up my vehicle and drop off a rental AT NO CHARGE to me while they tried to figure out what was wrong, to my service advisor, Jessie Bussard, I truly felt like I was an appreciated customer and actually important to their dealership. This after explaining to them that I was just waiting for my NEW car to come in at my local dealer. They didn't care that they would not be getting a sale, they cared about my safety!!! While they were trying to figure out what their technicians thought might be wrong with my vehicle, they kept me informed the entire way via text messages (which is what I selected as my preferred method of contact). I literally told all of my sister's friend that I met that weekend and then the folks at my local dealership, that I never felt so appreciated and safe by a Honda dealership. If I lived in NOVA, I would continue to do business with Joyce Koons Honda. They truly care not only about the reputation of the vehicles they sell, but also about the people who do any sort of business with them. I have NEVER been so impressed with customer service at a dealership in my life (and I have had everything from a Lexus to a Ford.) Trust me when I say this is a 5 star dealership in every sense of the word. Keep up the great work!!! More

When I first met Girma Mersha in the parking lot I had such a great vibe and even though I wasn't ready to purchase, I knew I would go back and see him. I felt no pressure and I loved that. The total experience up to the time I spent in the finance department, was absolutely wonderful! It was time for an 18 month service for our CR-V Hybrid Touring. Took the SUV to Joyce Koons Honda on 4 October 2021 and the Service was excellent. I arrived at around 7 AM and was on the road heading home Touring. Took the SUV to Joyce Koons Honda on 4 October 2021 and the Service was excellent. I arrived at around 7 AM and was on the road heading home by before 8 AM. The Service Department Technician was very helpful and waiting at the dealership was a pleasant experience. In September and October, I had my two cars maintained at this dealership:Accord and Odyssey. In both cases you are at the mercy and generosity of the service representative. I always try to avoid coming to this Honda dealership in Manassas. My last two services proved that this dealership is mechanically very capable but way high in its prices. More
