This was my 3rd Honda purchase so have decent data points to go from. The red carpet was rolled out when the salesman took a video of my new car and pushed to me and my family ahead of the purchase. Once arrived at the dealership, they had me driving home in my new car in under a hour and a half, with test drive, changing rags, going through financing. Was very impressive, coming from a father of 4 where time is very precious. Great experience. More

Going through so many bad deals I went there to appraise my car. I had almost given up on getting into something that I wanted and was perfect for me. Going through so many bad deals previously and my credit rating not being the same just left me honestly: frustrated and hopeless. When I got there. They drove my car, told me they'd pay it off and put me in something that I wanted. Basically, they gave it to me straight, no beating around the bush. The whole process took 2 days. The pros at Koons Honda correctly diagnosed my problem before even taking the hood apart. They were right and a few minutes later I was back on the road with my windshield wiper fluid now squirting as it should with the new hose installed. They were fast and reasonable and tried not to laugh too hard. Several days before the rodent war my scheduled oil change was handled equally well. More

At one dealership, I felt like I wasn't being taken seriously. So one Saturday I stopped by Koons, and I believe it was the best decision ever. I didn't feel pressured by my salesperson, Ivan, but he was very helpful in answering my questions. He was patient and allowed me to test drive every car I was interested in. Once I made my decision to purchase, everyone involved were SUPER helpful and everyone made sure I understood everything I was signing, everything I was offered and that I was comfortable with my purchase.
