At first she quoted to MSRP, but when she saw that we had Koons internet price she honored it, no questions asked. Could I have haggled more? Maybe, but I knew that the price quoted was close to their bottom line (which was below invoice). Tim Rowan was also friendly and gave us good on service agreement as well. Very friendly service and I felt that I got a good deal. More
