Routine servce visit. The service was excellent, and the representative was very knowledgeable and courteous. One thing of note, my cabin-air filter was changed at my request and as part of the service they sprayed the air passage with disinfectant. The disinfectant smelled like one of those little urinal cakes. Consequently, my very clean car smelled like a urinal for about three or four days. That does not detract from the excellent service, but they need to change disinfectant brands. More

Buying Experience Initial buying experience was fine - but sales team and sales manager lost my title to existing car - asked six times for it back with no response unt Initial buying experience was fine - but sales team and sales manager lost my title to existing car - asked six times for it back with no response until after I signed all of the paper work for the new vehicle. Bottom-line they new they had lost the paper work and didn't want to fess up until the deal was closed. Now do not have my registration for my 2014 Silverado which they used to build the paperwork for my new 2015 Honda Accord (no trade in - cash deal). So now I'm on my own getting new inspections and registration for my truck. Coons will not return phone calls or emails. What started off as a decent expeierence would now not recommend in the future. More
Customers for years-2 cars We have been going there for yrs--08 Civic SI and 13 Fit. Always had no real issues being serviced for a scheduled or spur of the moment service. Ti We have been going there for yrs--08 Civic SI and 13 Fit. Always had no real issues being serviced for a scheduled or spur of the moment service. Till this last time, the 08 Civic's driver side visor was cracking and asked to get it replaced. They would need to order-no worries since came in the next day. We hesitated saying make sure driver's side! Alas, part came in and passenger visor it was. Wasted gas and time to have it reordered correctly. We received the part and it was repaired. Yet no additional discount for this 2nd trip. What precipitated the visit was continued low air tire pressure light coming on. This was the 2nd visit for this issue. Turned out to be a sensor issue upon closer inspection. This coupled with the visor rates our 3 star rating for now. The Fit is too new other than getting free oil changes. More

Then there is a salesman named Dipak I don't remember his last name, he was exceptional salesperson (I hope I use the correct word to describe him), he shown us many vehicles and test drove the vehicles. He went back and forth trying to get the keys for to test drive the cars and I asked him if he was tired and he said no; I know was tired because I was walking towards the front and the back of the dear to look at cars. DiPak was a terrific and an excellent salesman. More
