My car was "fixed" twice. It wasn't. My steering column makes a noise every time I turn it. I brought it in to be repaired. They kept it overnight to get a part. One complete turn of the steering wheel in both directions made the noise return, although it wasn't as bad as before. I said I was OK with the noise as long as it wasn't a safety issue. I imagined some wires rubbing that could eventually short-out and cause the air bag to go off or something. I brought it back for repair. They needed to order another part, which makes me wonder what they did the first time. Their write-up shows it was fixed & passed testing. It was noiseless for about a day, and now the noise is the same as it was in the first place. If the noise is due to a design flaw, and it is the way it is, then say so. Don't tell me it's fixed when it is not. I like everything else about this dealer & service department, but this issue bothers me. More

The manager came in to meet us and to answer a couple of questions too before we closed the deal. I highly recommend them. We had a very pleasant, easy buying experience. Easy, no pressure, team in it for long term I just purchased a Honda CR-V. The dealership worked hard for my business and was willing to make a good deal on the vehicle. Many of the people that I encountered have been with the dealership for over 15 years. I take this as a good sign of a stable place. Also, the dealership gave a lifetime warranty on the powertrain as well as free oil changes for the life of the car. This is a good business tactic as the customer gets a lot of value and they are banking on you servicing your car there for years to come, which ultimately is a profit center for them. So it becomes a win-win situation. Overall, I would recommend buying a car there I will not hesitate when I need another Honda in a couple hundred thousand miles. More
