Our old, ultra-reliable CR-V had been totaled in a car wreck so, we really needed a replacement. We met with Steve Hughes who patiently worked us through the process. Tim Rowan, the finance man, helped us with the whole finance process, always with our best interests in mind. The warm, friendly atmosphere made everything much easier. I will certainly buy my Hondas from Joyce Koons Honda in Manassas, again. More

Price t Tried to purchase a new Honda CR-V with Joyce Koons Honda of Manassas. Have bought and serviced vehicles at this dealer for nearly 30 years. Price they offered me was standard internet price. I asked if they would give any reduction in that offer given my 30 years of loyal business. Response was no. I subsequently purchased a new Honda for a much lower cost with a very highly rated competitor. Will also service my new Honda with the dealer from which I purchased. Too bad loyalty appears to have such little significance with Koons. More
