Service department People are very knowledgeable and polite. They usually take care of you very quick when you enter the service shop. The only problem is that the servi People are very knowledgeable and polite. They usually take care of you very quick when you enter the service shop. The only problem is that the service time is a little bit long and it might be because of the crowd. Great customer support !! In May of this year I took my 2010 Accord EX V6 into Joyce Koons because the factory installed 6 CD player had jammed. They removed it and sent it to In May of this year I took my 2010 Accord EX V6 into Joyce Koons because the factory installed 6 CD player had jammed. They removed it and sent it to Pioneer for exchange/repair. Since the CD player was jammed they could not extract the 6 CD's I had in it. About a month later I was asked to bring the vehicle in for the installation of an exchange CD player. I was told that the CD's would be returned to me by Pioneer(either to me directly or to their dealership). I did check regularly with Joyce Koons Honda during regular maintenance visits or by phone, escalating the issue up the management chain. In November I sent Ms. Killinger, Executive VP an email on this issue not blaming the dealership personnel but Pioneer's lack of response I suggested as an euitable solution that I be provided a 'voucher" for future maintenance. I received an immediate response by the General Manager, whom awarded a voucher for these lost CD's even though it was not Joyce Koons Honda's fault. I recently needed a new battery since my original Honda battery was over 6 years old. I went to the dealership and had a new Honda battery installed and applied the voucher to the total costs. Thank you again Joyce Koons Honda, you are the best !! More

MY 2016 HONDA CIVIC MY SALESMAN KEVIN KWAK WAS SO FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE SHOWED ME ALL THE BELLS & WHISTLES ON THE VEHICLE OVER AND OVER AGAIN UNTIL HE WAS SURE MY SALESMAN KEVIN KWAK WAS SO FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE SHOWED ME ALL THE BELLS & WHISTLES ON THE VEHICLE OVER AND OVER AGAIN UNTIL HE WAS SURE I WAS COMFORTABLE WITH DRIVING IT OFF THE LOT. HE NEVER PRESSURED BUT ONLY WANTED TO PLEASE ME WITH THE RIGHT PURCHASE. Perfect Oil Change & Tire Rotation I was very pleased with the service that I received. In the past I had found some of their service representatives to be rather pushy with, in my opi I was very pleased with the service that I received. In the past I had found some of their service representatives to be rather pushy with, in my opinion questionable service needs, however my more recent experiences have been excellent. My service representative this time was Ed Hale and I highly recommend him to any one. I felt as though he told me excellent what my car needed vice what some dealerships want to sell you. I will definitely go back and see him again in the future as I feel he was looking out for my best interest. Plus he informed me about an online coupon which saved me some money. More

Loyalty not valued after having 5 Hondas bought over the years by family members I naturally went to Joyce Koons to buy a new CRV. unfortunately when I got the price fo after having 5 Hondas bought over the years by family members I naturally went to Joyce Koons to buy a new CRV. unfortunately when I got the price for my trade in, it was an insult. I bought my Accord there in 2009 and have had all its service done there. I actually settled on buying another Honda because of the service department. Daniel was polite and I do think he tried to make it work but unfortunately $2000 below blue book value and the other dealer I went to ,made my decision to go somewhere else. 4 days after I initially looked and declined the trade in value, and let Daniel know I had to look somewhere else to be sure I was not being taken advantage of ,he all of a sudden had a wholesaler who would give me the extra $2000 for my trade in. But once you feel you have been taken advantage of, it is hard to trust. Not only did they loose a sale but also a very loyal service customer. More
