Not much positive to say I brought my Odyssey in last year for a problem with the cabin heating. It was not diagnosed properly and thus not fixed. I lived with it blowing cold I brought my Odyssey in last year for a problem with the cabin heating. It was not diagnosed properly and thus not fixed. I lived with it blowing cold air for 10 months, but needed the heat fixed for winter. I did my own research this time and found that it was 99% likely a bad heater core, which is a well-known issue and a longstanding problem with the part. Many Odyssey owners have had Honda USA or their dealer cover a substantial part of the repairs. Alas, not so with me. Joyce Koons did give me a 20% discount--after I contacted the General Manager. However, they had my van for 9 days and when I went to pick it up (after they called me), it wasn't ready. I waited for 2 hours. There were handprints all over the inside of the windshield--they hadn't cleaned it! The next day, the van didn't start. I had to get a jumpstart and went to Autozone, whereupon we found that my one year-old battery was swimming--probably in fluid from the heating/cooling system flush. The battery had been damaged and had to be replaced. I called Joyce Koons and had to leave a message. No one ever got back to me. Needless to say, I remain very unhappy with the service I received and disappointed in Honda quality. Since we bought this 2008 Odyssey three years ago, we've had to regularly pour hundreds and hundreds (at this point, several thousand) dollars into repairs. I'm not sure what could convince me to buy another Honda or go to Joyce Koons again. More

Based on my research, they were the highest rated for customer service and appeared to offer good rates on leased vehicles. I am happy to say, the internet ratings were 100% right! Cyndi Mullins was the leasing/sales specialist assigned to me and she was WONDERFUL. I told her what I wanted, how much I wanted to pay, and she listened and worked with me until we got to a vehicle and price point that exactly fit my needs. She was walked me through the whole process, I never felt pressured to buy or sign papers (this is what I worried about the most!). Long story short, if you are looking to lease or buy, and get a fair price without any pressure by greasy sales people, I highly recommend this dealership and specifically this sales representative. More

Too much time to complete deal I arrived 9:30 AM with a check. I had already picked out the car and should have been out of there in no more than 1 Hr.
