Dipak was phenomenal in getting us the car of our choice with the specific color that we wanted in addition to providing us thorough demo about various features of the car. Tim Welton played a critical role in getting us the deal in concurrence with our financial needs. Miki Darling was exceptional in taking care of financial aspect of the transaction completely hassle free for us in addition to walking us through all the paper work and the purpose of those papers that we signed and providing us details about additional coverage options. Glad to see that there is this dealership in our area for whom happiness of their customers is part of doing business as usual. More

The whole process from test driving to negotiating to finance went very well. I highly recommend this dealership and my sales person Ahmed when shopping for your next vehicle. The finance department are awesome too! They work with you to get the best interest rate and try to beat your pre-approved interest rate from another bank. Miki and Tim are great! Andy helped me when our trade in was showing it was not paid off. He looked into it right away and everything was taken care of right away. You can reach the finance dept easily on the phone and they do return calls unlike other dealerships. More

The treatment I receive from the time I bring my vehicle in for service to the time I leave is very professional and the waiting areas clean and relaxing. I've only had one hiccup in a service experience and that's when I asked to have the wiper blades replaced. I was thinking all three (two front and one rear) but when the first moisture happened is when I discovered that the rear blade, which was broken, wasn't fixed. This was resolved during the next service but it was irritating. For that I dropped my rating to a 4 out of 5 but that would never prevent me from seeking service in the future from Joyce Koons Honda. More
