30 Minutes or Less...Great Customer Experience Went into the Koons Honda dealer in Manassas for a oil change on my Accord. It was busy so I expected to be there a while. When I went into the waiting room there were at least 7 or 8 other customers already in there. I thought/expected to be there for a good 45 minutes or more. I was pleasantly surprised, however, when my oil change was completed in less than 30 minutes. Upon checking out and going to get my car, there was a back up of cars waiting to be picked up to exit - again I thought I was going to have to wait until all the cars cleared out - however, one of the service men asked me which car was mine and pulled it out of the mix so I didn't have to wait -- Great Customer Experience!! More

Heather Weyworth is awesome Brought in my Odyssey to fix both side doors and Heather was my Service Specialist. She was very courteous, informative and helpful. She kept us to Brought in my Odyssey to fix both side doors and Heather was my Service Specialist. She was very courteous, informative and helpful. She kept us to date on the status for my vehicle. Then when I had to go back to get a battery stress test, she informed me that my battery was still under warranty and we got a new battery for no cost. I highly recommend asking for Heather the next time you visit Koons Service Department. More

Even though they aren't the closest dealer to my home it's worth the drive. They team there really puts out the effort for excellent customer service. More
