Stopped in to get my oil changed. I've always been very pleased with the service department's professionalism. They do a great job. I really appreciated the free car wash. Responsive, fair and a pleasure to work with My son was buying his first car. A milestone for most kids, and I wanted to make sure it went well. We did our due diligence online to find the best deal for a 2017 Honda Civic Touring Sedan. Justin stood out amongst the many sales persons that contacted us. He was responsive, reasonable and easy to communicate with. Most importantly, he focused on getting me the right price to earn our business, and never once bashed the other dealerships. When we agreed upon a good price, we traveled to Manassas passing several Honda dealerships along the way just so we could work with him. Justin, his sales manager Tim, and all the staff at Joyce Koons Honda were such a pleasure to work with, and made my son's first auto buying experience a good one. In addition, we traded in an older Honda Accord and their pre owned car sales manager, Rush, was a pleasure to work with as well. What a great guy too! We have found our family's go to dealership for future auto buying needs. Lastly, Justin followed up with a note to make sure we knew that our communication didn't end with the sale. He offered my son valuable new owner information on his new car along with assistance for any questions he had on his new car in the future. More

Don't trust the dealer that everything works alarm on car never activated from day 1, I did not test it when I received the car, my fault. Dealer advised me that since I did not purchase the exte alarm on car never activated from day 1, I did not test it when I received the car, my fault. Dealer advised me that since I did not purchase the extended warranty bring the car in for a repair quote. The reason the car alarm did not set is the passenger door actuator was bad. Very disappointed in the dealer not doing the right thing. More

Our Go-To Dealership for Servicing our Hondas We've been a customer of the Koons Honda service department for 21 years! During this time we've moved out of the area, but keep driving back when ou We've been a customer of the Koons Honda service department for 21 years! During this time we've moved out of the area, but keep driving back when our cars need service...and there are three other Honda dealers closer to where we currently live. That in itself says a lot! My advice is find a service advisor at Koons that you trust and ask for him/her every time you bring your car in for service. We've done this and we get excellent service every time! Koons and our service advisor, Tony are who we trust with our Hondas!! More
