Susan, the service receptionist who I spoke to on the phone was excellent and very nice! The service advisor who checked me in was courteous and professional. Was there 3 times, for multiple days, and told work was done that was clearly not. they told me different info than on the paper work. I was sent to Greco on rt 46. And took a month to actually fix the issue (Greco fixed it in less than a day) More

I had a terrible service and response. I bought my car in and was told they will respond in 48 hours. Then I had to follow up twice and the person I spoke to was multi taking and wasn't I bought my car in and was told they will respond in 48 hours.
