After bringing my vehicles to Joyce Honda for service for over 20 years, this is the first time I have absolutely nothing positive to say about the experience. I made an appointment for 10am to have my bra over 20 years, this is the first time I have absolutely nothing positive to say about the experience. I made an appointment for 10am to have my brake pads replaced and rotors machined and to have a squeak from the rear wheel well looked into. I arrived prior to 10am, told the service advisor that I had a 10am appointment and told him what needed to be done. I was told by that they were very busy with express service customers. I then reminded him that I had scheduled an appointment for 10am. Since I did not have a ride that morning, I had let him know that I would have to wait. I had not heard or seen the service advisor and at 12p was looking but could not find him. I finally found him at 2pm and inquired about the vehicle. He looked and said he found no notes from the technician about the vehicle. He went into the shop to ask and came back telling me that they could not duplicate the sound from the wheel and it was probably the brakes and they probably needed changing, would I like that done? I reminded the service advisor that having the brakes done was one of the reasons that the vehicle was brought in and to have them done. After more than another 2 hours, I picked up the vehicle. When I returned home, I found in the mail a notice from Joyce Honda for a special price on the brake pads and rotors machined, the exact service that I had done. This is the first time in 20 years that a service advisor was not aware of specials from Joyce Honda and did not automatically apply to my invoice. They day after, the squeaking sound is still coming from the wheel well and I need to find a day that I can get out of work to have it looked at again. I do not believe that the vehicle was looked at prior to me finding the service advisor at 2pm, I do not believe it was ever taken for a test drive to identify the sound,. I am extremely disappointed by the service on 14 October 2023 and after that visit, there is no way I could ever suggest someone bring their vehicle and I am rethinking a 20 year relationship. More

I especially liked the survey you conduct of the owners that chose to wait for service. They asked if I had any questions and I said: how much longer will I have to wait. The person surveying said: “I’ll check.” And she did. I will continue to drive 20 miles for quality service and to hear it’s my pleasure to get an answer,” or “of course” rather than no problem. More

Typical dealer! Called week before scheduling to obtain pricing. Got a reasonable quote from rep so I booked on line. Dropped car for service following week. Later that morning I received text from service rep assigned to me for exact same repair quoted earlier with pricing substantially higher. I was also told vehicle required numerous, (what I believe unnecessary) other repairs. I informed this rep what I was quoted and if he couldn't perform work at that price I'd pick up vehicle and go elsewhere. He said there must have been a recent price increase and he'd honor the price. This was obviously xx! These people should not be commissioned sales reps!!! This is just another example how dealers have earned their awful reputation for themselves!. More
Sales rep Michael was great. Business rep pushed very hard to upsell several items. Did not appreciate the hard sell and refusal to accept no as an answer. Maybe he’s just doing his job but definitely did not like the aggressiveness, especially for the gap insurance. Saved several hundred dollars getting it through my auto insurance directly. More
