Lloyd was great, very helpful. Overall, the dealership is just OK. The Sunday pickup was nice, but my car was not finished despite being there all day Sunday so I had to go witho Overall, the dealership is just OK. The Sunday pickup was nice, but my car was not finished despite being there all day Sunday so I had to go without my car on Monday. There was plenty of time to finish, I was just getting brakes and some routine maintenance. The work was finished Monday and my car was returned. However, the tech didn't leave an oil change sticker the maintenance timer was still at 10%, so I had to bring it back to get the oil changed, since there was no way to know whether or not the tech actually changed the oil in the first place. This was very frustrating and not the first time this happened at Joyce. Lloyd was extremely helpful though and kept me updated every step of the way, however next maintenance I'll probably just go to a local garage. More

As soon as I pulled up to the garage they were attentive and friendly. I only had an oil change and it was done pretty quickly. Absolutely amazing service from Sue and the rest of the staff. I thought I had to plan out my regular service 1+ weeks in advance. They were flexible and got me right in the same day.
