My family has been going here for years. My only complaint is not with the service of my car but with customers not wearing face masks properly. If I'm in the waiting room for minutes or hours I do complaint is not with the service of my car but with customers not wearing face masks properly. If I'm in the waiting room for minutes or hours I don't understand why Joyce Honda can't ask customers to have their masks covering their nose and mouth. Walk through the waiting area and tell them! You can cover the interior of my car with plastic (thank you!) but that doesn't help me while waiting with others who have masks not covering their nose and mouth. As a "high risk" person it's extremely horrific in these times! More
