After doing an oil change on my son's car, the Splash Shield came off the next day! Only at Joyce Honda does this happen. The Splash Shield fell off 3 times already and Joyce Honda wanted to charge my Shield came off the next day! Only at Joyce Honda does this happen. They usually do a good job but are expensive. I had to return the car again, as the replacement latch for the hatch back still did not work. I was told they left out a part, which they corrected.
