Joyce Honda - Service Center

I brought a car that had a front fender very cracked to be fixed ( car bought at Grecco) 2 months ago and no one can give me a straight answer where my car is and/or when is it going to be ready. After doing an oil change on my son's car, the Splash Shield came off the next day! Only at Joyce Honda does this happen. The Splash Shield fell off 3 times already and Joyce Honda wanted to charge my Shield came off the next day! Only at Joyce Honda does this happen. The Splash Shield fell off 3 times already and Joyce Honda wanted to charge my son for the cost of replacement of the Splash Shield. Tried to call Joyce Honda or reach the Service Manager and the phone kept on ringing. Ridiculous! No!!! More

They usually do a good job but are expensive. I had to return the car again, as the replacement latch for the hatch back still did not work. I was told they left out a part, which they corrected.
