I would like say that this was possibly my worse experience at a Honda dealership. I scheduled my appointment over the phone with a nice woman 4 days in advance for 1pm 9/12/21. I arrived at 1pm wit experience at a Honda dealership. I scheduled my appointment over the phone with a nice woman 4 days in advance for 1pm 9/12/21. I arrived at 1pm with my 7yr old daughter, after a wait of 2 1/2 hours I went to the work area to ask how much longer only to find that my car was yet to be touched. The man behind the desk didn't seem to care that we were waiting that long for a new key to be cut. We ended up waiting 3hrs in total, I understand that during this time you may be short handed and wait times are longer but knowing that I had a child with my while waiting it would have been nice if the expectation was set when I arrived this way I could have arranged for a ride home. To add insult to injury the receptionist took my payment for the service and then didn't tell me the next steps then she rudely said "oh you can go out there" she pointed to the service area. I guess I just had higher standards in my mind when going into a Honda dealership, well you can gaurauntee that I will find a different dealership for my future needs. If your goal was to lose customers you have succeeded with me. More
