I got a voicemail telling me my VSA Part was in to make an appointment because It was on back order for over a month. Then I called back I spoke to the person that left me a message and I made an appointme an appointment because It was on back order for over a month. Then I called back I spoke to the person that left me a message and I made an appointment to bring my car in and pick up a loaner. And then I brought my car in on Monday, November 29 and left it there and picked up a loaner, and then on Tuesday, November 30 I got a voicemail saying I don't know who told you part is in but your part is not here so you can bring back the loaner and pick up your car. So I was very upset and pissed off that I had to go out of my way to drive there and drop off my car and pick up a loaner and nobody told me that the part wasn't in yet even when I got there to pick up the loaner. And I have a saved voicemail from your service center telling me that the part was in. More
The guy who received me was rude. The guy who showed me the estimate was nice. The person who proceeded the BIL was bad, I checked later. The bill was for $61, he charged me $71.
