It was a pleasure working with our salesperson, Michael Harris. He was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. He took the the time to patiently review all the features of our new Pilot the follow Harris. He was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. He took the the time to patiently review all the features of our new Pilot the following Tuesday, and offered his continued assistance if we had any future questions or concerns. The issue we had was with the pickup of the vehicle. We were told to come back with the check in an hour and that the car would be ready. Unfortunately, after we arrived back, it took over an hour and a half to take possession; even though we were continuously assured that it would only be a few minutes. It became very obvious to us that potential new sales from people entering the dealership were a priority at our expense. We offered multiple times to come back at a less busy time, even suggesting Monday was fine with us. It left a bitter taste and soured the entire experience, after Michael had done such a good job. It makes it difficult to recommend Joyce Honda after this experience. More
