I wish that they would have put windshield wiper fluid in my car like every other Honda dealer I go to. Also I feel like anytime I go to the dealer they always find something “wrong” with the vehicle in orde my car like every other Honda dealer I go to. Nothing outstanding about Joyce Honda. It Took 4 hours to close the deal. Car wasn’t ready when promised and had to wait an hour. Car is CPO. Brakes vibrate and dashboard rattles. I Was told I had to coordinate service and loaner. Very frustrating. never got a call from sales person following up on the car. No help in coordinating Fed ex plate and reg delivery since dealer is 45 min away from my home and temp tag was expiring in 2 days. I had to do all the leg work. Dealer got their money. Sales person got commission. Nothing above and beyond about Joyce Honda. More
