In the end, Honda associates stuck with it, made loaner cars available to me for many days, and promised my next oil change would be at no charge. I will continue to be a loyal customer. More

The work I needed was done well, however, even though I had an appointment, I had to wait almost an hour in my car before I got into the service port. There is no excuse for this. You should have a tech come around to each car as they pull in, find out what the customer needs, and then let the person go. At Summit Medical, where I actually have to be physically present for my appointment, I seldom have to wait for more than five minutes. I'd think Joyce Honda could do the same. More
