We are very sorry you are not happy. But please, let's be fair and examine the facts. Your windshield was chipped while you were driving. You have coverage based on the complimentary product we provided when you purchased your vehicle. We arranged a loaner car in your name at no charge. Your car was tendered to the dealership by someone with a different last name than yours. We were unable to match the car being held with the last name of the person who tendered the vehicle and therefore unable to provide the loaner not knowing this person was representing you. In hindsight it seems a few more questions could have been asked and we could have put 2 and 2 together. But Solomon did not lie from what we can tell. Solomon is a good man that has been with the dealership since he was a teenager. And he knows, and we all know, that there is no place for telling lies in our profession. Earning trust is our #1 goal. So we politely request to dial back the name calling and chalk this up to a misunderstanding as opposed to a deliberate action. Thank you.
