Terrible experience. Went for oil change and they suggested transmission fluid be changed which I agreed to. Next day car making terrible noise that it was not making. Played video of car making noise but didnt make the noise in person for them. They took car in to check it out. I was told there was a loose rod under the pan and they tightened it. Next day car made same noise. Had to go back a THIRD time They admitted to me transmission fluid was a QUART low!!! I'm worried my car may have been damaged from driving like this. How does this happen for such a simple service. Also another time I went here for oil change, mechanic accidentally sprayed oil all over my car and I had to wait an additional hour for them to clean my car and it had an awful smell when I left. I want to share that Ernest went above an beyond to try and help resolve the problem with the noise. He is a real gentleman. Its a shame he has to resolve issues from incompetent mechanics More
