I waited over a 1/2 hour in line to be checked in. Other cars were taken before me who came in after. I had an appt for sn oil change. At the end I was told by the sales rep I’ll get 2 years free of Other cars were taken before me who came in after. I had an appt for sn oil change. At the end I was told by the sales rep I’ll get 2 years free of oil changes. Only to find out I waited to have to pay. I could have gone to someone else and been in and out in 45 mins vs 2 hours. For the most part, I was pleased. The only issues I had were not having a second key which is important for me. I think that should be provided. I wish that they would have put windshield wiper fluid in my car like every other Honda dealer I go to. Also I feel like anytime I go to the dealer they always find something “wrong” with the vehicle in orde my car like every other Honda dealer I go to.
