The appointment was on time, they got me in and took care of me. They told me that I need brake pads and rotors. They were nice, but I was supposed to get vehicle back on Friday and I didn't get it back until the following Tuesday and I had to call for updates. Service manager did apologize. Disappointed that the dealer was , not familiar with the vehicle and appeared to make no effort to find out more about it. Cost of repair was high and was disappointing with the office staff and their lack of courtesy. One example is when I asked for a copy of my receipt they acted like I was stupid and then they realized they never gave me the receipt yet no apology. I don’t plan on returning unless absolutely necessary. More
