The best experience I’ve ever had buying a brand new car. William is the greatest salesman ever. He was quick and thorough. Made it very easy and showed nothing but the utmost respect. As always, the Service Department did a great job. I appreciate that they have an area where I can sit and work and that I can plug my computer in to charge. I appreciate that they have an area where I can sit and work and that I can plug my computer in to charge. More

I couldn't find another VW dealership in the area that would sell me a Tiguan cheaper than Performance. If you want a nice waiting area with some amenities while you wait for service this might not be your place. I don't believe they have a car wash or anything either so your car will look the same way you brought it in. But service is good and not a long wait time for an appointment. More

The service performed was explained, and I received the car back in less time than was promised. I walked up the street to kill time, and I received a text and a phone call notifying me that my car was ready. Everyone (the service rep, the cashier, and even a salesperson) were all friendly and professional. More
