Zero customer service. I had to call them to see if they finished my job at the end of the workday. Reggie, Christopher, and Tim were very helpful when I picked up my Passat on 7/12/2023. The Passat was in for service from 7/6/2023 to 7/12/2023. I do thank you for providing a service loaner. I s picked up my Passat on 7/12/2023. The Passat was in for service from 7/6/2023 to 7/12/2023. I do thank you for providing a service loaner. I sold the Passat the same day I picked it up. I sold it as is. My issue is someone in service advised the Passat buyer that I was told of a bad wheel bearing. I discussed a wheel speed sensor with Christopher as I was paying the bill for $680. We did not discuss a wheel bearing. I advised the buyer that the Passat has issues such as a rear wheel speed sensor as listed on the job ticket and I was selling it as is. I even showed the job ticket to the buyer. The job ticket for $680 shows a line item for a speed sensor, but did not list a wheel bearing. There was a separate note with the cost of the speed sensor and bearing, but I opted not to have the work done as I advised Greg. I priced the Passat accordingly. That’s probably why I had over 90 responses the day I listed it. I don’t condone anyone giving out info on my car to anyone other than me or my wife or editorializing about any information between your dealership and me. It may have impacted the sale.
