The warranty took a few months to come through but once they had the word to move forward my truck was back to me less then a week. The transmission was completely rebuilt and runs great. I didn’t have to pay a dollar and the customer service was top notch. I was shocked at how smooth everything went. When you buy a new vehicle with a warranty you fully expect that to be what you fall back on if something big happens. This was my first time so the scare is over.
