Jones Chrysler has always given me good service. My PT Cruiser has been in for service very month since October, 2010. Not due to bad service, just service that it has been needed from wear and tear. I had an appointment for 10 am on 2/3/2011. I went into the waiting area & started to read my book. Approximately 20 minutes later, I was approached by a lady,& was asked if I would like a manicure. What a way to make the time fly by. Gary came looking for me at 11:30, the oil change was done tire pressure was fixed. I then told him that My License plate holder had cracked & he then went a replaced that for me. I have a card from Jones's for oil changes for $19.99. So, that is what I paid. Gary walked me out & we checked the oil & tire pressure & I was told that my front tires were starting to wear & keep a watch on them.
