Also, if they don't have what you want, they can usually get it. If you are looking for a Chrysler product, ask for Calvin - he is competent and capable and I would buy from him again. The strength of this dealership; however, is their Service Department and in particular their Service Rep, Gary Millay. This guy knows the business and understands what customer service is all about. He makes that extra effort to fully satisfy the customer. His unique combination of job knowledge and people skills make him superbly suited for this role. If you are looking for a Service guy that knows what he's doing, you'll find none better than Gary. I'd recommend both the Dealership and Service Departments. Quality maintenance doesn't come cheap, so be prepared to pay top dollar for maintenance. That said, I believe you get what you pay for; and if you're interested they offer a variety of coupons and discounts. More
