We just joined the "Jones Family" since my daughter purchased Sebring convertible. The dealership was helpful, informative, and pleasant. Calvin Has been great! No Issues. Will buy from him again! My issues have been- 1- I wanted to have service explain the in and outs of my truck. It was a service that was offered when I purchased m again! My issues have been- 1- I wanted to have service explain the in and outs of my truck. It was a service that was offered when I purchased my new Ram diesel truck. When I asked to have it done the service person said "What do you want to know" I never had a large diesel truck before, after spending over $40k having someone just point things out to me would have been nice. After I asked the question in #3 below I did not have that warm fuzzy feeling inside and did not push further. 2- No one could tell me the price of an oil change. What's up with that? 3- Service told me that I could not tap into the delayed accessory power to add a 2 way radio with a delayed power off function. They told me that it was not recommended even if I was using a high current relay to take power from the battery for the radio and just using the delayed accessory power to work the relay. . Per the manual they are wrong! The location and max draw are clearly listed. I was told this after the service adviser went to speak to a tech in the back. This leads me to wonder about the current electrical certifications for the mechanics. 4- Disclaimers are not printed on all advertisements such as signage in showroom, also some signs don't list the existence of disclaimers. IE: Jones for life signs. 5-Multiple issues with scheduling installation of add-ons. I learned don't take delivery of the vehicle until it's complete! ****** To Jones credit, I will say that they did cover my oil change for free. I appreciate that! I have just dropped in to have recalls and oil changes done without an appointment, they have always taken care of me on my time schedule. This our second vehicle we purchased from Jones. I could have driven for 10 min instead of 40 to purchase a new truck. The Jones for a lifetime program made me come back. Even if my truck may or may not be covered depending on what sign you read. We got off to a really bad start. No issues with our other Subaru from Jones with sales or service. By the way, the hot dogs are great! The food area is spotless. Keep up the good work! More
It was a pleasure to work with a person who was knowledgeable and straight to the point. Gary saw to it that my repairs were in good order when we were finished. Gary is always so helpful and honest. I feel that he has my best interest at heart. When my repair is not urgent he tells me that it can wait until the next visit. I purchased my 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 vehicle at another Dealership in 2009. The place I bought from closed shortly after purchase. I started to go Jones shortly thereafter. My first experience was in Dec of 09 when I met Gary Millay. He came out to my vechile with me and explained the Jones for life and I have been hooked ever since. Gary Millay has been keeping records for me in my manual since I first start going there. Mr. Millay has advised me of every detail that has been done to my vechile and why. I have owned alot of vechiles in my life but it always seems to me that after you buy from them you are forgotten about when it comes to service the vechile. Jones has never made me feel like that even though I did not purchase my vechile form them. Gary Millay has made me feel like family since the first time I met him at Jones. Any kind of work that was needed more then a day to fix he has set me up with a loaner until mine was fixed be it repair,warranty work,etc..etc.. I brag to my freinds when I here there horror stories about there visits to the Dealerships where they bought there vechiles from. I tell them all the time you should of went to Jones. Since I became a Jones for life thanks to Gary Millay I have had 5 more people join. Dad,Sister, and 3 of my buddies. More
This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased at Jones Junction. Even though the personnel have changed over the years they are still very personable, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. Conley was a re Junction. Even though the personnel have changed over the years they are still very personable, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. Conley was a real joy to work with and is a definate asset to the dealership. Between us and the sales manager Brandon we were able to make the deal I wanted. They were also able to locate the vehicle I wanted in Delaware and have it transported to Belair in one day. Conley was also very helpful explaining to me all of the features of my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. In fact the entire Jones family that I came in contact with made this buying experience very enjoyable. Kudos to the Jones family for hiring the right personnel in order to keep this dealership my favorite and I'am sure the favorite of many others. I would have no problem purchasing my 4th vehicle here. More

It was the friendliest atmosphere I have ever experienced from the mechanics, service writers, sales people and even the girl that was cleaning the offices!! I was impressed of the family type atmosphere especially when I went out to have a hot dog and hamburger that being cooked outside by the general manager!! Kim Wilkins was also a great help helping me select the right vehicle. Thank you Jones Junction....you mage buying a new truck and very great and fun experience!! A SPECIAL THANKS TO DIANE!! More
Called several times to get price on selling/trading in a vehicle. Took about 4 calls to get them to call back. Price is good but frustrating to not get a quick response. I have been a customer of Jones for over 2 years. I have always gotten service. We are treated like part of the family. Some of my friends have gone there and they are pleased also.
