We purchased a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee in July and we wanted to have the 30,000 service performed. We were quoted a price over the phone, however it turned out the price we were quoted was incorrect. G wanted to have the 30,000 service performed. Without his help, we probably would have gone elsewhere the next time the Jeep needed service, but with Gary making sure we were taken care of, we definately will go back to Jones for service and will even purchase a vehicle in the future. I followed Gary to Jones for service from his previous dealership. He has been more than fair, honest and very accomodating EVERY TIME I have visited the dealership. I always receive great service at Jones. They always have my car ready within the day. Gary is great to work with-I know that he is not suggesting extra work be done on my car - only what is necessary have my car ready within the day. As a favor to my sister, I took her car in for service, and was expecting a day of reading old magazines. To my surprise, my wait included a free manicure from KC, a hot cup of fresh coffee and a hot dog and was expecting a day of reading old magazines. To my surprise, my wait included a free manicure from KC, a hot cup of fresh coffee and a hot dog on a steamed warm bun. My service person, Paul, was extremely helpful in explaining what needed to be done to the car, offering tire replacement options, and answering my questions. As you may have guessed, auto maintenance is not my area of expertise. If I lived in the area, THIS would be my service destination, but to drive here from FL would definately be out of my way. Kudos to Jones for getting it Right! More
When calling to schedule the staff was pleasant and quick to offer dates and times available. They accomodated my appointment request without any hesitation. The morning of service I was greeted by a person who was courteous and professional, they were prompt in processing my service ticket for me to leave the vehicle. I was asked about a time I would like to pick up, I said by 12 noon. When the service was finished I was called and notified my car was complete, this occurred before the time requested. Gary Millay and the Jones dealership exceeded my expectations with not only the repair but completing repairs to my car before the time requested. This is another reason I purchased the car from this establishment. They truly value their customers and make the experience pleasant. I will continue to use them for all my services. More
Stopped in last week to have the wife's Jeep serviced - free oil changes for life - and had opportuneity to speak with Steve Pagatto about new vehicles. Since my GMC has bee so well maintained by Jones, I free oil changes for life - and had opportuneity to speak with Steve Pagatto about new vehicles. Since my GMC has bee so well maintained by Jones, I do not presently need to buy another but wanted to see what is being offered. Unfortunately, I am so pleased with my GMC and since my wife's Jeep is a mere year old we will not be buying this year. BUT because of Steve's personalty, and approach to customer service, when it is time, he will sell us our next car/s; truck or Jeep. Tom Douglas More
