Good Service, Nice Sales Associates and Great Vehicle Maintenance. I purchased my car back in August, so I hadn't used the air conditioner in my vehicle yet. It's now May and I found that my air conditioner wasn't working. I called and spoke with Chuck Day on August 23rd and he told me to come in and he would see what he could do for me. I also needed an oil change. So I went in thinking I'd get my oil change and an estimate for the repairs needed. Chuck was very friendly and assured me he could help. When they came to tell me my car was ready, I was shocked to find my oil changed AND they had fixed the problem with the air, as well! Free of charge. Chuck stated it was an act of good faith since I had not used it since my purchase. I am very pleased with my experience and have already told anyone that will listen to my story. More

We didn't buy our vehicles from them, but they treat us like we did. Our Dodge has given us nothing but problems, and when the other dealers wouldn't work with us, Jones made us feel like they actually ca like we did. Aside from a rubber pad which keeps falling off, they've taken care of everything else. They offer a loaner vehicle when the repair is going to take more than a day. They offer freebies sometimes, too. The waiting area is comfortable and clean. I have a Nissan also, and Jones has a Nissan service department as well. I have nothing but good things to say about their Nissan department, too. More
