Once again I had some issues with my 2008 Chrysler Town and Country. While overall I have been happy with my vehicle, I have experiences persistent brake problems. I bring the van in and Gary and his service eagerly repair the problem but so far it has repeated itself every 3-6 months. Prior to a trip to North carolina it started making noises, rumbled, and the whole van shook. gary urged me to bring it in immediately whenever I noticed it and he would have a mechanic ride along with me. As with many car problems it would come and go and it did not repeat itself again until a day and a half before my trip. As promised I pulled into the lot, approached Gary and he immediately brought out the mechanic who took a ride with me. He thought he knew the problem and thge next day they fixed it. Although Gary was leaving for vacation that day he made sure that several people including those mentione above worked to make sure the repair was handled. He even touched base with them and I to gurantee the problem was fixed. So far so good. gary Millay is a lifesaver for me your company and his values are reflected with everyone I've dealt with in the service department, including Dawn Mitzel as well as your greeters. If I had been treated as a pest or discouteously I would probably be pursuing some sort of lemon law complaint. Even if the problems reappear I trust that Gary will do everything possible to make me happy. More
The bottom line is I got the best price on the first offer which beat several other local dealers. Tell you anything to get the sale. Then they do not do what they said. Almost cost me mone, but I happened to stop in the day after the sal and found out the did not do what they said they would and it wa what they said.
