Gary was great. I did wait a bit to get checked in but they looked busy when I came in. We visited the car show in the Festival at Bel Air Md. We talked to a saleman named Andrew. My previous service center of 25 years recently closed. So I began looking for a new center that provided quality service and treated me as a neighbor and not just as a customer. He has always called when something unusual has been identified during a service visit but never pressures me into having to have the work done (unless it relates to a safty concern). For postponed recommended work, he leaves a running list at the bottom of my invoices as a reminder of the work to be completed. I believe that we have developed an optimal working and trusting relationship which is very important between customer and service center. More
