I came all away from Grass Valley to scheduled 6/16 appointment for 4pm, when I arrived: KIA is relocate, have to circle around...than service woman said "we don't have appointment for 4 pm and they do appointment for 4pm, when I arrived: KIA is relocate, have to circle around...than service woman said "we don't have appointment for 4 pm and they don't take walk in anymore..." My frustration can not be described, feelings down...went to work upset....When I've leaving she said "Are you sure you don't want tomorrow 4 pm, so cheap" for oil change with my coupon... I took our 2020 Kia Sportage in to John L Sullivan KIA where purchased it to have a nail taken out of one of the tires. If I could give them one star I would from the creepy sales guy Chris to the sales "management" Hesam guy who didn't even know how to speak, they are the ABSOLUTE worst car dealership and they will do ev sales guy Chris to the sales "management" Hesam guy who didn't even know how to speak, they are the ABSOLUTE worst car dealership and they will do everything possible to make you get in a car just too take it back even after being a loyal customer being this was our 3rd car we were getting from them!!! Never again will I come back to this "stealership" giving them one star is giving them credit not to mention we had to return our new car back for our used car after we just filled up the gas tank and the sales guy said he wouldn't put gas in our old car even though we just spent 60$ to fill up their car this place is the WORST even management is a joke I will be contacting the news, posting everywhere and make sure anyone I know AVOIDS this terrible place More
Purchase Day Was Fine - Receipt of Services Ridiculous I allowed the sales people to talk us into the unnecessary ceramic window treatment. I rolled along with the extra $857 I spent, no complaints at that point. I was told "we'll call you this week to schedule your install appointment." That was the beginning of November. No calls. We called them. "We'll call you right back." No calls. We stopped in for something else, mentioned it again. Also mentioned my near-future interest in a Stinger GT, or trading in the Sportage we just bought on a Telluride "within 2 years... "Oh totally, we'll make sure someone calls you tomorrow." No calls. This goes on a while... a total of 7 calls placed by the customer along with 2 personal visits... no calls back. Oh wait, except the salesman who called my wife wondering if... we'd be interested in buying a Sportage? My wife said: "Not anymore... because... remember we just bought one from you? No? That one we keep trying to get the window treatment on?" Every time I have called myself, it's like I'm introducing myself all over again. What's your phone #? Really? Didn't save it? Didn't write it down, not on all those loan applications, not even on all those alleged phone messages someone left for you over the last several weeks? Say, how did your sales guy manage to call us attempting to sell us the car we already bought if... nobody has our phone #? Something is wrong with communication and customer service skills here. So far, we're pleased with the car, and we'd go elsewhere for our next upgrade purchase. More
Best experience purchasing a car Salespeople were nice, informative and not aggressive. The service department is also friendly, makes quick repairs, and goes out of their way to provide temporary transportation or a safe waiting room. Tables and elec sockets would be useful for those who wait. More
