We test drove a turbo 4 cylinder and V-6 vehicle and John went through all of the features on both vehicles basically indicating to us advantages one had over the other although it was our decision to make. We went through all of the numbers concerning leasing vs purchasing the vehicle. I've purchased and leased numerous cars over the years and I must say this was one of the best experiences I've and there was no pressure to purchase. I would highly recommend the purchase of a Kia vehicle. More

When it came to pricing, they were transparent, detailed and clearly showed the cash, finance and lease options. Did not have to go through the tiring give & take negotiations process or get passed up the chain of command to wear us down. This was our first visit ever to this dealership after visiting 8 different dealerships over the last two months. We did not know any employee there before our visit. Given the care and integrity we experienced, it was an easy decision to purchased a Sorento SUV from them. More

I finally decided on a Kia Soul which I'm surprisely in love with! I traded in my old car and by my surprise it wasn't painful. I stopped by in the morning picked which car I wanted, did a credit app, went to lunch and by the time I got back all I had to do was sign some papers and I was all set to go. It was by far the best car buying experience I have had! I loved all the people I worked with, Mike (Sales man) I had gone through a few sales men during my process all of them were incredibly nice and didn't make me feel pressured like some do, which was a very nice change. Paul (Sales manager) Brittana (Finance manager) Robert (Finance manager). I've bought all my Cars from John L Sullivan (4 cars now, including my husbands cars) I don't think I will ever buy from anywhere else. Best customer service I've ever had I even bring my cars back for service because I love the service. Very happy with my experience! More

Phenomenal experience Our Kia experience was phenomenal from start to finish. Nightmare My girlfriend and I traveled an hour and a half to purchased a Kia from John Sullivan's Roseville kia. A week later we get a call from the finance gu My girlfriend and I traveled an hour and a half to purchased a Kia from John Sullivan's Roseville kia. A week later we get a call from the finance guy saying they were unable to secure financing. Which we had no Idea what he was talking about. We had the car for a week and put over 400 miles signed the papers we thought it was ours. There was never any mention that anything like this could happen.Turns out they never got the original loan approved. He said you must either bring the car back or buy the car under new terms. We are from out of town and had to drive the car back to the dealership an hour and a half just to wash our hands of the deal. The head sales Manager(John) apologized, we turned In the keys and walked away. However the finance guy who brokered the original deal never got up from his desk to come talk to us. He never took ownership of the situation and never apologized. We were not offered any kind of compensation for our time, the 180 miles on my car or the gas spent driving back and forth. *The above is a statement of facts to which you can form your own opinions This was an absolute nightmare, the multiply hard loan inquiries that they ran after leaving will surely hurt her credit.
