Horrible experience all the way around!! Second review because they wouldn’t post the first one. Left the dealership to realize miles down the road the vehicle was on empty. Called a week later being told I had to put money down and changed contract. Told vehicle was inspected and hadn’t been in an accident and found out weeks later that the vehicle had been repainted and indeed been in an accident. Have motor issues less than a month later. Dishonest people!! More

Mixed feelings I had mixed feelings about this dealership. On the one hand, they were able to get me the car I wanted at a lower price than any other dealership I vi I had mixed feelings about this dealership. On the one hand, they were able to get me the car I wanted at a lower price than any other dealership I visited. On the other hand, the process was longer and more stressful than expected. On my first visit to the dealership, I showed the salesman a quote from a different dealership. I was given a better quote, then told that I could leave a deposit with Roseville Kia to reserve the car I wanted (which was being shipped from the manufacturer). I was assured that I should not sign anything yet, as the exact date the car would be ready was unknown, and I was not allowed to have a copy of the price quote. Essentially I was going to hand them a large check with no guarantees. I felt like this was sketchy, but figured worst case I could just cancel the check. So, I handed over the check and waited to hear back. After a full week of radio silence, I tried to contact the salesman I had been working with, who would not give me any information over text messaging and asked me to come to the dealership in person. When I got there, I found out he'd left early and no one knew anything about the car or where it was. I tried coming in again the next day, and was told they had the car, but they'd "lost" all the paperwork, including the price quote. A second salesman showed me a final price for about $3000 higher than I had previously been quoted. He wouldn't believe me when I said the previous quote had been much lower. I had to drive home to try and find the quote the other dealership had given me as proof of the lower price. When I returned and showed both salesmen the other dealer's quote, they went off into a different part of the room for a bit, then returned with a quote that matched what they'd originally told me on my first visit, and told me I had misunderstood the numbers on the higher quote. At this point, it was 30 minutes before I had to leave for work, I hadn't signed anything, and I had not even seen, let alone test-driven, the car I was trying to buy. The two salesmen began ordering people in the finance department to draw up the paperwork and have me buy the car right then, sight unseen, telling me I could test drive it the next day. I said I was not comfortable dropping twenty grand on a car I had not even seen yet, so one salesman began running around trying to find the car while the other pressured me to start signing paperwork (including shouting over my head to the finance guy that I was going to sign before asking me if I actually wanted to). Part of the urgency came from the fact that it was the last day of the month, and not only could the price of the car change next month, but also dealerships have monthly sales quotas. After 15 minutes of this, during which the salesman could not physically locate the car, I told them I couldn't risk being late for work and left. The following weekend I was finally able to test drive and purchase the vehicle for the originally-quoted price. Due to an issue with the loan paperwork, though, I later ended up having to re-sign all the finance forms, and sign and send in another piece of paperwork that was missed. The car does not have some of the accessories I requested (I was not charged for these, but they were discussed). I'm still not 100% sure I actually own the car I'm driving. Bottom line: I got the best price for the car I wanted, but the process was not one I would recommend to anyone I liked. More

Super fantastic We came to john l.sullivan to look at kia sedona. We mentioned the online price that we saw and we were able to get theat price. The whole process was smoother than I had anticipated. We brought our little daughter with us.mthere was plenty of popcorn and coloring books to keep her occupied. There were smiles all around, I like that. I will buy another kia from these guys later this year. More
