He strives to get the dealer and it's half competent "technicians" out of any responsibility for their poor workmanship. They WILL LITERALLY DO AND SAY ANYTHING TO GET OUT OF HAVING TO FIX OR CORRECT POOR WORKMANSHIP. I had my $52k Kia Stinger GT2 brembo brakes chipped and paint scraped off of them during a brake job on which the tech even admitted was difficult to do without some chips because they were "really heavy calipers". I showed up, pointed it out and Vic, the service mgr said "we didn't do that" (car btw had 15k on it and this was the first brake job) he then proceeded to tell me that the brakes had been "painted " (remember, car had 15k on it and never had brakes or even tires at this point) I said painted by who? He says " I don't know but bwe aren't going to replace those so forget about that". I told him he'd be hearing from corporate and I've since filled a BBB complaint as well as filed a complaint with consumer affairs. The several months later, I decided to take another vehicle that they had replaced a warranty engine in to a different dealer to get an oil change. This particular vehicle had a new warranty engine at 98k on 10/10/19. The car now has 103k and it is 12/16/20. The Folsom Kia dealership saw oil leaking all over the back of the engine and suggest I return to Sullivan Kia to get it taken care of since they did the work. I returned (reluctantly) and without fail, had them (Vic) tell me almost laughing in tone, that "sorry ,it's out of warranty" (12month/12k mile on workmanship). We have words as I can't believe bin hearing this. He said it's Kia's engine that failed and not their workmanship and after I told him that Kia consumer affairs told me that it was their work that was sub par and that they dont send completely new engines and that the dealer has to rebuild them not replace with new ones. So the first engine last 98k. The one Sullivan Kia installed last 3800 and is leaking all down the back side of it. They refuse to repair it and he told me that I should take it somewhere else because they want work with me any more. I really had great experiences say this dealer.... Until Vic showed up. I have a couple of friends that work there and they have all said the place has gone downhill. Moral is low and everyone hates this guy INCLUDING the dealership mgr who seems too timid and intimidated by Vic to make any real decisions herself. STAY AWAY FROM SULLIVAN KIA More

Today we had our 2018 Kia Soul serviced there. The folks there were awesome, ever so helpful and friendly and polite!!! Denise Lumley was exceptional.
