Oh so happy I have been looking for a vehicle that I could get in and out of without my back bothering me and without my husband having to roll out of because of I have been looking for a vehicle that I could get in and out of without my back bothering me and without my husband having to roll out of because of his knees. While my car was being service I was looking at the used vehicles and found what I was looking for. YEAH, a Sportage, while not the color I was looking for it had the amenities I wanted. Talking to Connor and letting him know that I was willing to get an appraisal on my Optima he worked with me. We were able to take the car home that day. Before I came in, we negotiated the price over the phone, which led to a low-stress buying process. They were able to beat even the lowest of TrueCar-based offers from other dealerships. The people we dealt with were pleasant and they gave us free popcorn. My only complaint is that after a price was agreed upon, they introduced to us the $1500 worth of dealer-installed options that were "already installed" and therefore could not be removed. This, unfortunately, led to several more rounds of negotiation over about 45 minutes. More
