Caught in lies to a loyal customer This is a review for SALES AND SERVICE: A few months ago, I brought my car to Kia and stayed for about 7 hours to possibly trade in my car for somethi This is a review for SALES AND SERVICE: A few months ago, I brought my car to Kia and stayed for about 7 hours to possibly trade in my car for something bigger. I was given an extremely low trade-in value on my car due to “transmission is slipping” from Kia sales associates. I ended up not trading in my car at that time... Recently, June 5, I brought my car in for an oil change and asked them to check my transmission and make sure it’s not slipping. Service associate told me my transmission is perfectly fine. Can you imagine my confusion? Either sales people lied to low-ball me, or the service people didn’t actually check my transmission properly because it’s still under warranty and they don’t want to have to fix it for free. I sat down with the service manager and discussed this issue and he basically shrugged his shoulders and said, “sounds weird”. He didn’t care about the fact that I had clearly been lied to by either service or sales and now I don’t trust them anymore. A good manager would’ve said something along the lines of, “That’s unfortunate, I apologize that happened and I’ll have a talk with the Sales Manager”, but instead he acted careless and even asked me not to give them a bad review based off the experience from sales. I’m reviewing this entire experience with Roseville Kia as a whole. I purchased my car brand new from them and get all the service done there. However, I don’t appreciate being lied to and then treated like I didn’t matter from the service manager. I guess Kia doesn’t appreciate their loyal customers anymore. More
Smooth but no follow up. The lease process was good. I was very happy with the vehicle except for the wheels. I had my heart set on aloy wheels, but the car had hubcaps. We asked if they could het us the alloy wheels, and we were told they had to wait until Monday. We reached an agreement on lease price, but we wanted the wheels. I was hoping to get the alloy wheels included in the deal, but we were told we would have to pay for them. It is now Monday evening and my call ro our salesperson from this aftetnoon was not returned. We still hope to get the wheels included, but at least get a response from the dealership as to the availability of the aloy wheels. They would get a 10 otherwise. More
