Repeated complaints about my GPS not working properly It took numerous complaints over almost a year and a half to get anyone to take any significant steps to address my problem. During that time they r It took numerous complaints over almost a year and a half to get anyone to take any significant steps to address my problem. During that time they repeatedly did "Hard Resets" which I told them was not solving the problem. This last time the service advisor did a "Tech Call" on how to fix the problem. Since I just recently picked up the car, I have no idea if the problem has actually been cured. Also, the this service advisor was extremely lax in keeping me apprised of what was happening. When I took the car in on a Thursday morning, he said it should be read by mid afternoon. When 5:00 PM rolled around, I had to call and was told they would need for another day. Again ,on Friday, I did not receive a call until late in the day that it was now ready to be picked up. When I have gone there for routine service there was never any problem with the work or the car being ready when promised. When unusual things. like in my case, are happening, I feel I should be periodically kept apprised as to the status. More

Very helpful I got hit this past weekend and they totaled my car. I thought I was going to be screwed because I went through a bankruptcy recently but AJ was so aw I got hit this past weekend and they totaled my car. I thought I was going to be screwed because I went through a bankruptcy recently but AJ was so awesome and was able to help me and get me in a car that same day. I ended up getting the car I wanted and I love it! I'm very thankful for AJ working so quick and being so responsive to help me like he did. I highly recommend Roseville Kia and if you have less then prefect credit I highly recommend seeing AJ! More
