Not a satisfied customer Bought a brand new car from this dealership. Due to their negligence, came home with 2 different remotes for the car. Drove back to dealership the n Bought a brand new car from this dealership. Due to their negligence, came home with 2 different remotes for the car. Drove back to dealership the next day (35 miles) to return the remote and receive the correct one. Later that afternoon, saleperson called and said that the VIN # on my original paperwork was incorrect and that he needed to come out to our area and have the correct paperwork signed. After a week, I called the dealership 8 different times and texted salesperson for all revised paperwork that contained the new VIN #. The only paperwork sent to me was a sales contract. No return calls. Finally got through to the finance person who handled our original paperwork to see how we can get the revised paperwork. He said that when we bring the car out to get the scratches per our “Due Bill” (something that is given to us when we inspected the car initially), then we can get the paperwork at that time. However had I not been persistent in trying to get ahold of someone, not sure we would have gotten a call to get the scratches taken care of. Went to dealership to get the scratches taken care of and copies of the revised paperwork was given to us. How hard would it have been to drop the copies in the mail When they sent the revised sales contract? Overall feeling is that once they got my money and sale completed, their customer service also stopped. They kept telling us that their phones weren’t working during their transition move, but I was able to speak with their customer service rep and even transferred to salespeople on the floor working. There is no excuse for their lack of customer service. More
