Our service experience Service took just under one hour. This was Express Service including oil change and renewal of cabin and engine filters. We were told we needed new re Service took just under one hour. This was Express Service including oil change and renewal of cabin and engine filters. We were told we needed new rear tires urgently but they didn’t have this size in stock. We opted to have the new tires installed the next day from another local dealer. While there we were told the battery was very weak and would fail very soon. We checked back with Sullivan Kia service and were told that was not part of Expresd Service. Though the Kia people were very nice and courteous we were happy to get the new battery the next day as we got new tires. More
