Was I ever ple The last time I bought a new car was 1998 and I was hesitant about what to expect after hearing all the "nightmare" stories folks tell. Was I ever pleasantly surprised. From my first email requesting a test drive of the Sorento I wanted, to my drive out the door after an extensive tutorial on the essential elements of driving my new "computer" (2019 KIA Sorento SX AWD), I could relax. The entire team, Adrian Sanchez (Sales Mgr.), Rich Blackburn (Internet Sales Mgr.) , Joe Duvall (Finance Mgr.), and Sergio Chavez (Internet Sales Mgr.), was outstanding. My fears were quickly calmed by their respect for my requests and knowledge of the product. The entire purchase process, although long, was accomplished efficiently with all questions answered and the very important help of installing the necessary apps and syncing my phone. Sergio is a tech guru! I have only had the Sorento three days and had the chance to use the Navigation System. When I missed one of the cues to a tricky freeway cluster in downtown Sacramento, the system kept "recalculating" until I got back on the correct freeway to my destination. I was amazed how fast it worked. Obviously I have a lot of items to learn about the car, but I know who to call if I have questions. Thanks Roseville Kia! More
Great Service Manager Brought my 2012 Kia Soul in on a Saturday morning with a broken fuse, UVO system issue and inoperable side mirrors. The fuse issue was repaired, but I had no resolution to the other issues. I called the service manager Randall on Monday morning and he was great. He explained how the problems should have been handled and apologized. He clearly understood my concerns. I have purchased 3 Kias over the years and used Roseville Kia service department for years. This is the 1st real issue that I have had. I would have taken my vehicle elsewhere in the future if the service manager, Randall, was not understanding. Thank you Randall and Roseville Kia Service Center. More

They didn't seem to be fighting to get me the best price possible (even though they were saying they were). As soon as I called over to John L Sullivan and talked to them about my current situation, I was CONFIDENT I wanted to work with them.
