They killed my battery and made me pay for it. I came in to get some recall fixed on my car, after waiting 3 hours for it to be fixed one of the sales people came up to me and said "Hey while we we I came in to get some recall fixed on my car, after waiting 3 hours for it to be fixed one of the sales people came up to me and said "Hey while we were fixing that turbo line the battery drained and died you're going to need to buy a new one." So when I told them that they drained my battery are they going to replace it seeing as I bought my car brand new and is only 2 years old so there is no way my battery should have been close to dying. And it's really convenient that it just so happened to have died while it was at the dealer while I was getting a recall fixed pretty shady of them to do. Unlikely to ever return to this dealer if something needs to be fixed, I'll go to a different one. More

BUYER BEWARE Worst car buying experience in my life. They "sold" me a car then 2 weeks later said they couldn't get the rate approved unless I put $1500 more down. I complained then they changed it to no more money down and same monthly payment. They lied and lied every step of the way. From sales to finance. I ended getting my old car back after 15 days of driving their car and they wouldn't give me back immediately the $1000 down I gave them. They said it takes 36 hours. Then 72 hours. I said they can have their car back when I get my money and they threatened that they would call the police and report the car stolen if I drove away...yet another sales rep said I could go. Jeff Billman is as shady and dishonest as they come. Still waiting for my $1000.... More
